Along his journey, he found the love of his life, and together, they built a wonderful family.<\/p>\n<p>In 1992, after getting engaged at the Palace Hotel restaurant in Gstaad, Switzerland, the year before, John Travolta and Kelly Preston got married. Their secret ceremony took place on September 5, 1991, at the Hotel de Crillon in Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly, born on October 13, 1962, in Honolulu, Hawaii, also worked in the film industry, just like John. She studied acting at the University of Southern California and started her acting career in 1985.
