The brother of Barack Obama says the former president is actually the one who is running the country, adding that he would continue to play an outsized role in a Kamala Harris administration.<\/p>\n

Malik Obama, who was the best man at his brother\u2019s wedding back in the day but has since had a falling out with him, told<\/a> the New York Post his brother is \u201cstill running the country\u201d and would have \u201ca big role to play\u201d if Harris wins.<\/p>\n

Malik said Barack made \u201ceverything flip\u201d in July when he managed to \u2018swap out\u2019 President Joe Biden with the vice president, making her the de facto Democratic nominee without her ever receiving a single primary vote.<\/p>\n

\u201cDefinitely he had something to do with it. \u2026 He\u2019s still running the Democratic Party, and he\u2019s still running the country behind closed doors,\u201d he said of his estranged half-brother. \u201cHe\u2019s going to be extremely influential in whatever goes on should they win.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked if Barack and Harris colluded to oust Biden, Malik told The Post: \u201cI\u2019m sure that they are talking almost every day.\u201d<\/p>\n
