Loving the historic venue, the country singer appeared there over 5,000 times. While continuing to release music, the singer sadly announced that her husband, Gene Ward, passed away at 92 years old.<\/p>\n

She captioned the post, writing, \u201cGene\u2019s first morning in Heaven.\u201d According to reports, Ward passed away on Friday while at a life care center. Seely\u2019s husband battled cancer for some time.<\/p>\n
