The American Airlines flight carried 64 people, while the Black Hawk had three military personnel. Investigators are examining data from both aircraft\u2019s black boxes,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>revealing that the plane was at 325ft and the helicopter at 200ft, with experts still uncertain about the 100ft altitude discrepancy. The helicopter\u2019s black box, submerged in the Potomac River, is being recovered.
