On March 4, 2025, Ava passed away at Arkansas Children\u2019s Hospital, leaving her family devastated. Her mother, Kylie Perez, shared an emotional farewell on Facebook, expressing her grief and anger towards Davis for taking away her daughter.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9563\" src=\"https:\/\/currentnews-foryou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-124.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Davis initially faced charges of first-degree domestic battery, but after Ava\u2019s death, the charge was upgraded to first-degree murder. He was held on a $1 million bond. Ava\u2019s family, in their grief, chose to donate her organs to help others in need.
