While the media\u2019s been busy with a whirlwind of fresh headlines, a buried report just resurfaced that raises serious new questions about former President Joe Biden, former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, and how they handled one of the most bizarre scandals of his presidency.<\/p>\n

A new report details the bag of cocaine found at the White House in July 2023.<\/p>\n

According to investigative reporter Susan Crabtree at\u00a0RealClearPolitics<\/em>, who\u2019s been digging into this from the start, new records reveal the Secret Service moved fast to destroy the evidence, just one day after the case was abruptly closed.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, it seems the agency might have taken revenge against a senior official who opposed the destruction, a decision that Cheatle herself overruled.<\/p>\n

Crabtree uncovered documents that \u201care raising new questions about the scrupulousness of the investigation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cA U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency document titled \u2018Destruction\u2019 states that the bag of cocaine was sent to the Metropolitan Police Department for incineration,\u201d Crabtree\u00a0reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat document, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, doesn\u2019t display a date for the destruction,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut other internal Secret Service records show that the cocaine was tested by the Secret Service, the D.C. Fire Department hazmat technicians, and the FBI before being sent back to the Secret Service for storage on July 12.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTwo days later, it was transferred to the D.C. police department for destruction. The Secret Service shut down the cocaine investigation 11 days after discovering it.\u201d<\/p>\n

When questioned about the fate of the bag, the Washington, D.C. police blamed the FBI.<\/p>\n

But, even though the documents said the Metro Police were supposed to destroy the cocaine within 24 hours, there\u2019s no documentation proving it ever actually happened.<\/p>\n

Despite the purported destruction of the cocaine, no record exists, and there appears to be no desire for further investigation.<\/p>\n

There was no serious effort to preserve the evidence, no transparency, and no accountability.<\/p>\n

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino now asserts that this situation is set to change.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I get a kick out of it on social media,\u201d Bongino said.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople say, \u2018This case isn\u2019t a big deal. I don\u2019t care.\u2019 Well, I care. \u2026 You don\u2019t care that a [potentially] hazardous substance made its way into the White House? We didn\u2019t know what it was, and we don\u2019t seem to have answers? Well, we\u2019re going to get them. I\u2019ve got a great team on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

When the Secret Service closed its investigation on July 13 into who brought cocaine into the White House, the agency tried to explain its decision in a public statement.<\/p>\n

Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi claimed there were no \u201cinvestigative leads or any other means for investigators to identify who may have deposited\u201d the cocaine.<\/p>\n

He also said FBI lab results \u201cdid not develop latent fingerprints and insufficient evidence was present for investigative comparisons.\u201d<\/p>\n
