🛒 Ingredients

 

Russet potatoes – 3 medium (about 1½ lbs), thinly sliced (⅛–¼ inch)
Olive oil – 1½ tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp

Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Paprika – ½ tsp
Onion powder – ¼ tsp
Optional garnish – parsley, Parmesan, or flaky sea salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions

Prep the Potatoes – Wash, scrub, and slice evenly. Pat dry to remove moisture for extra crispiness.
Season – Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.

Air Fry – Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange slices in a single layer. Cook 9–10 minutes, shake or flip, then cook another 8–10 minutes until golden.
