Even when the ground is unstable and the way forward is hard, loyalty shows up without hesitation.
In a small village near the dark forest, there lived a humble sheep owner named Arben. Every morning, he walked through the hills with his flock, guiding them gently like they were part of his own family. He didn’t just raise sheep for work—he loved them.
One evening, heavy clouds covered the sky. The wind was strong, and the path back home was muddy and dangerous. Still, Arben refused to leave his sheep behind. He kept them close, whispering calm words as they walked.
Suddenly, a terrifying sound broke the silence.
A deep growl.
From the shadows of the trees, a black tiger appeared—its eyes glowing like fire. The sheep panicked, running in all directions. One small lamb slipped and fell into the mud, unable to move.
The tiger rushed forward.
Arben’s heart pounded, but he didn’t run.
Instead, he ran toward the danger.
He grabbed a burning torch from the ground and stood between the tiger and the lamb. The tiger roared, trying to scare him away. But Arben held his ground.
“Not today,” he shouted.
The tiger jumped, but Arben swung the torch high and struck the ground, making sparks fly. He screamed as loud as he could, frightening the tiger. For a moment, the tiger hesitated. Then Arben threw a stone and hit the tiger’s side.
The tiger growled again—but finally turned and disappeared back into the dark forest.
Arben quickly lifted the lamb in his arms, covered it with his jacket, and walked it back to the flock. The sheep gathered around him, quiet and safe again.
In the middle of struggle and uncertainty, true bonds don’t run away—they stay, protect, and refuse to let go.
That night, Arben sat beside his flock under the stormy sky. The road had been unstable, the fear was real—but his loyalty was stronger than the tiger.
And the sheep… they never forgot the man who chose them over his own safety.
