Her third operation comprised the now-prohibited use of polypropylene string breast implants. Cartoonish growth, Dr. Anthony Youn warned, could result from these implants.

Chelsea says her back doesn’t hurt despite her big size since she does back workouts. She plans to cut them down in the future. Chelsea, the self-proclaimed “queen of boobs,” keeps her Instagram followers in the know.

However, German model Beshine wishes to have even larger breasts, so she receives saline implants that weigh more than 20 pounds apiece. Because of her size, shopping for clothes can be difficult. Annie Hawkins-Turner, a fan favorite, has the world’s largest natural breasts, which currently weigh 60 pounds each and are continually expanding.
