Now aged 34 and 35, Tammy and Amy have spent the past several years allowing millions of viewers into their lives, hoping to lose weight and transform their future.Over the course of three seasons, the sisters faced intense struggles with addiction and their own bodies. Amy, who has been more successful in shedding pounds and undergoing surgery, has seen the most progress. At the start of filming, Tammy weighed around 275 kg and Amy weighed 185 kg, with Amy already having lost roughly 50 kg. While Amy’s weight steadily declined, Tammy’s continued to rise, bringing her close to 300 kg.
