MTG Implores Remaining GOP Primary Field To Drop Out, Support Trump

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has a message for the remaining field of GOP primary candidates not named Donald Trump: The time to drop out is now.

The Georgia Republican made her pitch in remarks to a Republican women’s group and a stop at Trump’s Manchester campaign HQ in New Hampshire on Monday, where she was campaigning on his behalf, according to the New Hampshire Journal.

“I’m telling all of you guys, I’m asking you — make sure you’re supporting President Trump. He’s going to win this primary, and he is going to beat Joe Biden. It’s going to happen,” Greene implored. “And when it does, there is no man in the country that has a list like President Trump. Nobody.”

The publication added:

Greene was the featured speaker at the New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women’s Fall Harvest Breakfast at the Bedford Village Inn. Longshot GOP presidential candidate Ryan Binkley, a pastor and business owner from Texas, also briefly addressed the crowd.

NHRFW President Elizabeth Girard introduced Greene as “one of the Republicans standing up for our values.”

“Marjorie Taylor Greene knows how important it is to stand up and speak up– even if it means she has to stand alone,” Girard said.

Greene also took a shot at President Joe Biden’s mental state.

“Joe Biden? Unbelievable! The man has dementia. He has dementia! He can’t even say a sentence correctly. He can’t even walk off the stage,” Greene said.
