What’s going on with Trump’s legs?

A recent video of former President Donald Trump struggling to step out of his golf cart has sparked speculation, with many asking, “What’s wrong with Trump’s legs?” Filmed at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, the footage, shared by Aleman’s Brothers LLC, a groundskeeping company, quickly gained attention. Observing Trump’s movement, social media users reacted with concern, with one person commenting, “Trump moves his right leg like a piece of wood,” while another asked, “Any geriatricians around?” Others questioned his gait, noting he appeared “knock-kneed” and moved his right leg “like it’s dead weight.” Some speculated about possible health issues, ranging from “weak knees” to a “neuromuscular degenerative issue,” while others attributed it simply to his age. White House Communications Director Steven Cheung dismissed the rumors as baseless, accusing critics of suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

This isn’t the first time concerns have been raised about Trump’s health—last March, Ron Filipkowski, a critic and editor-in-chief of the MeidasTouch Network, claimed, “Something is definitely going on with his right leg. He’s been dragging it for months.” Speculation intensified after a video surfaced showing bruises on Trump’s hands during a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, with online users debating whether they were caused by IV infusions, fragile skin, or aging. Despite ongoing rumors, Trump has consistently maintained that he is in excellent health, often boasting that he is the fittest president in U.S. history.
