Woke Democrat Sen. Chris Van Hollen went to El Salvador to visit alleged gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Van Hollen was photographed sitting with Abrego Garcia at a table that had what appeared to be some margaritas. Van Hollen is now backtracking and claiming that it was all a set up by El Salvador president Nayib Bukele.
Van Hollen found out he was photographed with Abrego Garcia and the margaritas, and now he’s backtracking with his statement. Van Hollen said: “If you look at the [margarita] they put in front of Kilmar, it actually had a little less wet liquid than the one in front of me to try to make it look like you drank out of it… Let me just be very clear. Neither of us touched the drinks that were in front of us.”
Does anyone believe this nonsense at all? Why wouldn’t you touch your drink?
