Biden Yells At Audience After Being Heckled During Speech In Illinois
President Joe Biden faced another heckler during a speech he gave in Belvidere, Illinois, on Thursday following a meeting with Democratic Gov. J.B. Pritzker and United Autoworkers Union President Shawn Fain.
Biden opened the speech by claiming that his home state of Delaware at one time “had the highest percentage of UAW workers” in the country, as well as “the largest GM plant” and “the largest Chrysler plant outside of Detroit” before he was interrupted by a female protesting U.S. support for Israel following last month’s attack on the Jewish state by the terrorist group Hamas.
“President Biden, you need to call for a ceasefire in Gaza! Ten thousand…” she yelled before being drowned out by boos.
Also, according to another X platform post, Biden was met with a large protest in Chicago, in support of Palestinians.
“Biden is met with a massive crowd in Chicago tonight booing and denouncing him as ‘Genocide Joe’ for his support of Israeli war crimes. Earlier today Biden had a photo op with UAW’s Shawn Fain in Belvidere, Illinois to promote the sellout antiworker UAW-company deal,” said the post, which was accompanied by a video.
At another point during his Belvidere speech, Biden just started randomly yelling.
