There is something about couples who have been together for a long time. They are often so in sync they know what the other is thinking before they even say it. Kelly Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, are definitely that kind of duo. Mark knows his wife better than anyone, and on the star’s 54th birthday, the doting husband surprised the Live with Kelly and Mark Host with her favorite treat.

Kelly joked, “Thank you, Carvel! Thank you for inventing Fudgie the Whale, which is the only reason I agree to turn older every year.”

Mark And Kelly Are True Soulmates

The pair met on the set of All My Childrenin 1995 and eloped in 1996. They have three children, Michael, 26, Lola, 22, and Joaquin, 20. It certainly takes a lot of love, patience, and devotion to stay marriedfor 28 years, but Mark and Kelly seem to have it down to a science.

The loving husband took to Instagram to share photos and a message to his wife set to Madonna’s Addicted.

“Happy Birthday Sexy! I’m so glad you were born. What a beautiful sprint around the sun. The best is yet to come. P.S. I promise not to snore so much this year.”

Kelly responded with love, “Thank you, baby, excellent song choice.”

Of course, fans shared birthday greetings.

Andy Cohen came in early with “The Song!!! Happy birthday!”

A fan shared, “Gorgeous !! Love u on show love u period !! Happy bday.”

Another fan wrote, “Happiest Birthdays to you, Kelly! I promise not to snore as much to my husband! Have an awesome day! I love you so much!”

Happy birthday, Kelly. May 54 will be your best year ever, with lots of cake and little snoring.
